4.1 AI Technology Usage

GogHR uses artificial intelligence to analyze video interviews:

  • AI Analyzes: - ✅ Speech content (grammar, clarity, relevance to question) - ✅ Communication skills (articulation, engagement, professionalism) - ✅ Facial expressions (eye contact, confidence, enthusiasm) - ✅ Voice characteristics (tone, pace, clarity, language proficiency)
  • AI Does NOT Analyze: - ❌ Race, ethnicity, skin color (explicitly excluded from models) - ❌ Gender, sexual orientation, gender identity (prohibited factors) - ❌ Age or generational indicators (age-blind evaluation) - ❌ Religion or religious attire (not factored into assessment) - ❌ Disability or accessibility accommodations (not penalized)
  • AI Generates: - Overall interview score (0-100) - Skill assessments (technical, communication, culture fit) - Hiring recommendation (\"Strong Fit,\" \"Potential Fit,\" \"Not a Fit\")

5. LIABILITY DISCLAIMERS

 

5.1 No Verification of Jobs or Employers

GogHR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- ❌ Employer misconduct, discrimination, or illegal practices

- ❌ Inaccurate job descriptions, salaries, or requirements

- ❌ Failed interviews, rejections, or hiring decisions

- ❌ Employment disputes, contract breaches, or workplace issues

- ❌ Lost opportunities or damages from fraudulent jobs

- ❌ Employer non-response to third-party job applications

- ❌ Employer refusal to register on GogHR (for third-party jobs)

5.2 No Employment Guarantee

GogHR DOES NOT GUARANTEE: - Job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes - Employer response or follow-up - Job availability (jobs may be filled or expired) - Specific number of applications or engagements - AI-assessed candidates will be hired or perform well

Employment decisions are solely the responsibility of employers.

 

5.3 Third-Party Job Limitations

For jobs sourced from LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukrigulf, and other platforms:

  • GogHR DOES NOT: - Control or influence employer hiring decisions - Verify that jobs are still available on original platform - Guarantee that employers will respond to GogHR's outreach - Have partnership or affiliation with employers (for third-party jobs) - Act as employment agency or staffing firm
  • Employers for third-party jobs: - Did NOT request GogHR to collect applications - May NOT be aware of GogHR or your application initially - May ignore or reject GogHR's notification - Are NOT obligated to register on GogHR or view your application

You acknowledge and accept these limitations when applying to third-party jobs.

 

5.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

GogHR's total liability for all claims arising from your job application SHALL NOT EXCEED: - For paid subscribers: The lesser of (A) amount you paid to GogHR in 12 months, or (B) US $1,000 - For free users: US $100

 

GogHR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Lost job opportunities or employment outcomes - Emotional distress, reputational harm, or mental anguish - Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities - Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damage
